Hi, I’ve had ocd for many years. I believe that people with ocd should enjoy the same rights as everyone else, and it’s better now, because it wasn’t like that in the past. But I don’t get treated the same at work. Is this illegal?

I think it is… Seek advice from someone qualified. A doctor, union rep, Human resources adviser, personnel department. Even a solicitor who offers free advice on employment law. Citizens advice is a good port of call, but they are pretty busy. Your MP, and even the jobcentre. They will have the inside track on employment law, and where to access appropriate advice and help.
