      Hi

I’m suffering so harshly from non-typical OCD. My OCD is so different from people with OCD being afraid of their obsessions. My thoughts are so taboo so my OCD will go and dwell on them. This doesn’t seem very normal to me and I know not a good idea, but I want to be reassured this is OCD and not something worse. I try to get my mind off of it, practice mindfulness, go for a walk, etc. but nothing helps.
