Im on 30mg of citalapram at the moment to help with severe ocd ….the tablets have definately helped with the thoughts and severe anxiety but another thing their stoping Is positive emotions ?? I just feel numb… I’m not as anxious but I don’t feel excited or happy either …. I can’t come off the citalapram or the thoughts will come back…. I feel really stuck , I’ve also lost my libido , I don’t know how to move forward , I’m on the waiting list for cbt with ERP but I don’t think it will help
