Question about newest information topics?

Just wanted to know if these forums are regularly updated? Where can I find the newest information topics? I mean, lin addition to regular topics posted by users, additional topics posted by like mods or your staff.about update to information and services advertised on the forums, where you can learn about latest news etc like OCD & mental health services.

I hope you can help me find this?

If you look at forum posts, there are quite a few that discuss CBT. The OCD Action website also has very useful information about treatment for OCD, including CBT – please have a look!
