      I dont understand why sometimes if I get an intrusive thought, I need to “call it back”. Whenever I do, I feel like I have to “conquer” it. So I bring it up again and again. The thought is clear, but I’m unsure if I’m getting excited since there’s no anxiety when I call the thought back and it moves on. Usually I check the thought again because it moves on. I’m pretty sure I was getting worse. Does anyone go through something similar. I’m pretty sure I have this disorder at this point since I’m having fantasies and no anxiety.
