It’s not just ocd thoughts that I get, its images also. And I can’t tell if I want the thoughts I think it’s that I am checking because I don’t want them and then I don’t know. Then sometimes when I feel / know the thoughts and images aren’t real I feel happy but then I get worried that im happy about the thoughts / that I’ve made this up. I really hate it and it’s happening a lot. I know it could be ocd but equally it feels like a cop out to say that and that I need to just admit that have ocd by now. If this is true it worries me because everything I read says that people with ocd have these thoughts so if I do then surely mine are ocd. It’s also become a lot more like ‘worrying’, like the thoughts are intrusive, At the beginning my symptoms were so classic ocd. Is this similar for anyone else? I don’t know if I’m just clinging onto hope that it’s just not ocd
