      I am new to the forum. I suffer from REALLY bad thoughts.

      They mostly tell me to do things to hurt other people!

        Ye those are quite common what I noticed is that even when you get round then they get replaced with other intrusive thoughts compulsions, disgusting thoughts, ruminating on past experiences, unwanted worries. You can get to stage naturally where the thoughts become background noise but I know what you mean it’s debilitating when it happens
