I haven’t posted here in a while. I recently started a new medication and it was helping but I’ve missed my dosages the past few days and I was triggered today by something on social media. Afterwards, I began creating mental scenarios in my head, and asking myself if I enjoy it. I tried to trick my OCD a long time ago and began pretending to concede and say I did, but instead, it fueled it, and now I believe I actually do. Why does it feel like I actually enjoy these thoughts and would want to do these things even though I believed I never would? I feel so sick.
