      Its happening again, my husband thinks I’d do better if I wasn’t so sensitive to people’s thoughts about me and my ocd. He seems annoyed with me all the time.

      But I want him to be more compassionate. I have always found it helpful when people are respectful of OCD. I want to find out and research how to ask him to give me more compassion.
