      After 40+ years of intrusive thoughts I am now beginning to identify that they are just thoughts.

      The hard part is in what to do when one gets into my head, I try to treat it for what it is but then I get scared that all I’m doing is suppressing anger or hurt this leads me to question what am I supposed to be doing?
