Our work can’t do flexi due to our service needs. Which is why they are strict on time keeping. I have been better this week and I agree it’s my fault, but I get annoyed at how militant they are about it, when I stay late all the time and they don’t seem to care. They want you to work from your start time and leave bang on your finish time. It’s very old school. I don’t personally thinking a few minutes is rude, however I do need to accept it’s me. With the world as it is right now, I’m not even sure I want to worry about it anymore.
