      When we are low, it is important to go for it, so to speak, to stay focused, to seek professional help, read lots of stuff, drive the ‘enemy’ out. I found CBT helped, and there are lots of books available about CBT, which is a great support whilst awaiting the actual therapy… There maybe a few hiccups along the way, but yes, the outcome can be really good.
