It’s just I like remorse as wierd as that sounds cause it’s nice when people feel sad with u to know ur cared about a vise versa etc, but yeh guilt is a guide to know you’ve fucked up and what u can do better and to know u don’t want to do something. Remorse was very natural from a young age for me. As soon as my theme started my first thing to do was analyse do I feel remorse when I did something bad or do I feel remorseful when I saw someone crying or in a movie scene a person struggling or going through a hard time, that was my favourite as it let me know I was human and the emotion was besutoful it’s what sperates humans etc. basically I would always check how I felt so I knew I didn’t want to hurt people. Basically I’m just tryna feel guilty and wanna feel guilty so I know I’m not evil. Remorse is beautiful I jsut don’t wanna lose it and I wanna feel it 🙁

        Hi:

Forum Moderators here: we just want to be sure you know that you can also contact the OCD Action Help and Information Line to talk to or email someone who understands ‘Harm OCD’ – our Helpline volunteers provide confidential information and support for people with OCD (or who  think they may have OCD).

Most volunteers have personal experience of OCD and all understand how it can impact your entire life. Contact our Helpline by:

        – phone: 0300 636 5478 (UK number)

        – email: support@ocdaction.org.uk

You can also find out about support groups on our website. These offer a safe place where you can talk openly about OCD and support other people too. Our information about UK-based groups can be found here:

        Local independent support groupshttps://ocdaction.org.uk/i-need-support/local-support/

        OCD Action Skype/Phone/Zoom support groupshttps://ocdaction.org.uk/i-need-support/ocd-action-skype-phone-zoom-support-groups/

If you don’t live in the UK,  look for groups near you on the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) website. Look in the section “Find Help” and then under “Listing Types”, choose “Support Groups”: https://iocdf.org/

And please remember that you’re never alone – OCD Action is here to support you.

        Best wishes,

        Forum Moderators
