Hi everyone. I hope you are all coping. I just wanted to tell you all that I have found life with OCD a bit better this week. I have written down my life story and all of my OCD episodes (that I can remember!) as if I am writing a book…..ideally, I would love to write a book about this! It has helped me tremendously…..I have a bit more insight into my condition….as I write about my previous obsessuons it makes me realise that at that specific point in my life I was so obsessed and poorly but eventually that obsession became not important…
I have found it so helpful and also a way to distract myself. You will all get there. I just hope this helps others.
