      I swear I read this exact post a few years back so you are not alone for sure.
      (or the same person lol)

      It happens.

      I think whats important now is to leave it there, the situation, – just floating in your head but don’t interact with it, and focus on things of value to you. When you show your brain there’s nothing to worry about, it eventually gets the memo and lets things go. Like all the other themes.

      if you find yourself worrying – find something of value to do, what would you rather be doing rather than worrying about it? or set a worry time, and don’t give space for it any time outside of that.

      If it feels like OCD it probably is, you know when its trying to get your attention, say nice try.
