I was diagnosed with OCD 6 years ago. I am single and have been looking for friends and a partner. I have been talking to someone for a year, we are friends now but I think I fancy them. However, every time they post on Instagram I feel forced to analyse the pictures and compare it with other people I think I’m attracted to so I can check and see if I fancy them enough, or like I should. Has anyone else had this, and is this still an example of relationship OCD?
