Hi: I think I have OCD at least I have very distracting and upsetting intrusive thoughts. I talked to my GP but he seems indifferent. If I want to take this further I just want to know can anyone do CBT or do you need your GPs permission?

I was told that you can fix it up direct. Maybe ring the NHS if you are in the UK. Or google cbt and your location. Cbt is OK, but erp is better, in my opinion.
