      Hi there… There are books available, describing Cognitive Behavioural therapy, which is the industry standard form of strategy to beat Ocd. Amazon stock a few, some of which are available for download as kindle files. Rob Willson, and  Dr David Burns are good authors to check out. Libraries can be good, but I find having my own books is best for me, cos I can highlight the text for easy reference. A family doctor can refer us for the therapy, but, as there is such a demand on the system, there can be a wait. But self help books give us a headstart.
