      Hiya, This website, in it’s time, has saved my life multiple times. There used to be booklists on here, but I don’t know where.  A book I can point you in the direction of, is ‘The feeling good handbook’, By Dr David Burns. It is available from Amazon, and other good bookshops. Have a read through the forums, there are literally dozens, and there is bound to be one you can identify with.
