OCD Action understands how isolating OCD can be. Even if you use these forums regularly, you might feel alone or cut off from other people. Joining a support group can make a big difference and help you feel you’re not facing OCD on your own.
Where can I read about support groups?
Find all of our information about support groups on the OCD Action website here: https://ocdaction.org.uk/i-need-support/support-groups/
- OCD Action Skype/Phone/Zoom Support Groups are peer led and run by trained OCD Action volunteers. They’re a safe space to speak to others in an open and non judgemental atmosphere: https://ocdaction.org.uk/i-need-support/ocd-action-skype-phone-zoom-support-groups/
- Local Independent Support Groups are independent of OCD Action and are found across the UK. (Please note: OCD Action is reviewing information about these groups. Check back soon to find a group in your area here): https://ocdaction.org.uk/i-need-support/local-support/
