Hi there and welcome. The forums are very quiet at the moment. I just happened to have a look on the forums this evening.
My OCD is contamination based, which I think is very different to yours.
A book that I have found really helpful, so much I even have it on my kindle reader is called;
‘Feeling good, the new mood therapy’, by Dr David Burns. It is ever so interesting, and is quite readily available now. I got mine from Amazon. It is American, but then so are most of the really good books to help us with our struggles. Dale Carnegie is good, even though the bookks were written way back in the 1950’s.
Reading about new ways of coping with work head on, to a point where we can begin to actually ‘enjoy’ the time we endure there can be really really good. David Burns is my favourite author, His books are not expensive, and a really good absorbing read.
I hope this will help you as much as it has helped me over the years.
