Common questions
Who will I speak to?
Our service is mostly run by volunteers, who understand OCD and the impact it can have on your life. They complete in-depth training and can talk you through any of our information. Most are people with personal experience of OCD who now feel able to support others, and the team also includes family members and loved ones of people with OCD.
Do you have a phone number?
We usually reply by email, and it is often the quickest way to get you the right information. If you would like to talk something through, choose the phone option in the form above and leave your number, and we will arrange a call. [CONFIRM WORDING]
