      When I first have an Intrusive thought I have this overwhelming need to bite off or pull out a bit of my own hair and eat it. idk what it is but it feels like almost relief and letting go or something like that and it makes me feel like a freak. I like the taste of my hair and I hate that. But if I don’t eat my hair I get this terrible anxiety and even sometimes cry. When I first started it felt as if I wanted it to happen but now I hate it. It makes me feel like a failure, cause who would want to do this and like it. Idk if it’s just anxiety and I’m blowing it out of poportion, I really hope that’s what it is but am so scared
