Hi  When I’m listening to positive music loudly I feel I can handle my BDD a little better. The better songs create an uplifting feeling and I forget I hate my body. But always, after a little while, I start to feel the ill-effects of BDD. Is this normal for this situation? I’ve never got away from my BBD, not in years. And I haven’t got any support network. I try not to think about that because the BDD thoughts just crowd it out and the music stops helping to lift my spirits. Is it likely that this is something everyone with BDD goes through? Will I ever be okay?
