      I’d love to start a thread where people can talk about intrusive thoughts (not necessarily exact details) and how after therapy, medication, any other allowable treatment they can now look back and be proud of how far they’ve come!

      I have just finished a talking therapy course (had CBT a few years back) and although I understand that seeking reassurance is a vicious cycle, I’d also like to be able to read some uplifting stories. Now Im getting so much better at telling my OCD to do one πŸ˜† but occasionally I get a bit bogged down and would love to be able to read positive posts from people that have been through a similar thing and maybe spread the cheer!
