I bit and chew my hair constantly and people tell me it’s a type of OCD. Really??? Does anyone know that feeling of when anxiety takes over and you just want to distract yourself until the stressful time is over? The second an anxious thought hits my mind, it’s like I must bite my hair because it makes me calmer. But does it really??  I just hate when that happens but don’t know how to stop it myself.
