I have ocd and found at my worse that a few things helped my family cope. i want to be a good parent, and getting my children out for a walk every day no matter what and spend time reading with them. I know I’m always ruminating – my mum says I look like I have the world on my shoulders. I’m, trying to sort things out in my head which will help…any suggestions?
