I’m so tired of everyone saying the same thing about OCD thoughts: I just have to try to just let them go. But its not at all easy, how do I do it?

You see them arise in your minds eye. At that point the temptation is the modify them, suppress them or engage with them in some other way. Like doing a compulsion. But try not to. Just give the intrusive thought bare attention and breathe slowly while the thought liberates. You don’t need to chase it out or push it down.
