      hello;

      Can anyone help? My mum seems too have this form of OCD where she thinks if she leaves the house she will somehow cause accidents to happen. I ask her, how many have you caused in the past? I keep telling her that she’s not caused accidents before so why would that start  now?  I try to get her to just sit down and relax and talk about it rationally but she says she can’t control these OCD thoughts rise and fall. How can I help her cope better with the intrusive thoughts?
