My OCD will not stop. My intrusive thoughts have always had a field day when it comes to sleep, I have this irrational fear of not sleeping which consumes me almost utterly. The only problem is, it has now kept me up for almost two nights straight (in the last 48 hours I’ve maybe gotten four, five if I’m being generous hours of sleep) and the obsessive thoughts are getting much worse, and I’m getting worse at defusing them because I’m so tired. Any suggestions for - well anything? I desperately need help.
