I have been living in this hell since August 2019 Im 17 years old now, so I got a question, will HOCD go away on its own if I stop watching porn, reading about hocd and being on hocd forums. Idk I think of it 24/7 non-stop it never was like this before, I never doubted that I like girl and now I feel gay...

Well, Im a straight dude who have been suffering from hocd since August 2019, and yeah dude I can bet money that you have so-ocd, so the thing, which kinda helps me is accepting the possibility that I might be gay/bi.

Hocd - different story than yours.
Just get over it, its not ur bad that one of your friends was a fag and jerked u off, so yeah just get over it, u are not gay cuz u don't desire a man, its that simple!
