    Hello! I used to have this kind of thoughts and the harm Ocd ones also. They are very distressing, but you can overcome them. Well, what helped me with the Harm thoughts was ERP and getting rid of all of my compulsions. And what helped me with existensial obsessions was mindfulness.

    Hello! Please don’t do something you might regret later. This is a permanent solution for a temporary problem. We all think our OCD is the worst, but this is totally false. I know how it feels when your family can’t understand this. Don’t be mad at them.

    Hello! I also have Harm OCD and I know how terrible it is to deal with it everyday. I can’t relate to having this type of rituals you have. Mines are mostly mental and also avoiding knives and sharp objects.
