Hi i have posted few days ago regarding a worry. But over the yrs i have posted on here or different sites wanting reassurance. The worry’s that i have had are always “ It’s going to happen “ Each worry would start with a thought or image of the situation then the ruminating over and over. Then you feel the dreaded anxiety. And you are most certainly think it’s true or definitely going to happen. With each and every worry? Does this make sense. They all fill us with dread and fright that it’s true if we are thinking it.
