What’s important in therapy? Research study for people who have had Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Ian Johnson, Trainee Clinical Psychologist at the University of Sheffield, is inviting you to take part in a research project.

He is looking for people who have had Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in the last 2 years to take part in a research project.

CBT is a talking therapy that aims to improve how people feel and reduce distress and mental health difficulties. CBT involves helping people challenge and change their patterns of thinking and/or behaviour.

The research project will examine people’s beliefs regarding the importance of different parts of CBT.

Participation will involve completing some online questionnaires and will take approximately 10 minutes.
