      Hi everyone:

My mum thinks I have OCD and is really pushing me to go to therapy, but I’m kinda scared. Is therapy really the best option for ocd?

I think it can certainly help.

There is a book available on amazon by David d Burns, that I  keep on my shelf.

It is called ‘The feeling good handbook ‘

It is easy reading, really down to earth.

Another writer is Lee Brosan. Reading alongside therapy helps, especially as there will almost certainly be a bit of a waiting list for the therapy itself
