      Start writing a journal… Any old writing pad will do. And don’t antibac immediately before writing. Nor immediately after. Date and time the entries.  Include every achievement,  however small, and every setback.  Over time you will hopefully see things getting just that little bit easier.  Also, If you have printed newspapers and magazines,  keep a scrapbook,  using traditional flour and water paste, to save positive pictures etc, using the traditional physical cut and paste techniques, of schooldays gone by. All non toxic, but refreshingly sticky on the fingers… Oh to be young again!!
