Did reading books and doing CBT help anyone manage intrusive thoughts and ocd and did it improve your relationship with your family? My partner is 100% convinced that no therapy or books will help him. Instead, he thinks that I am his only true saviour…so now, I have this massive and heavy responsibility on my shoulders while already dealing with my own anxiety and low self-esteem.
