      I used to have awful ocd and would start to panic and was ashamed of my thoughts which were the most disgusting things ever. Now I feel bad no matter what I do. I don’t know how to get through this with these bad thoughts. I don’t think they’ll go away. I want to focus on what is more important than just these bad thoughts.
