Hi, I have intrusive thoughts but thinking logically and keeping in mind how much the thoughts distress me, I know I’m not a danger to anyone, but the thoughts can be frightening and and so real.I don’t know how to stop thoughts…any advice?

It’s a question of just accepting the bald facticity of the thoughts and sitting with the anxiety without doing a compulsion till the anxiety subsides.

Talk to your doctor about ERP.
