telling my closest friend about my OCD

Hello: I just want to share that telling one of my closest friends about my OCD and how it makes me think was just great! OCD got too much to deal with by myself and I wanted to tell her. I was terrified what she would say and it really helped. If you’re scared of telling your friends/family that you’re suffering with ocd, maybe just try it.
