      Hey everyone

       

      Is there any way to ease or calm down the compulsions or rituals like counting, tapping.. I know the methods like CBT are most effective but I don’t have any doctors in my area and I’m very desperate. How can I stop giving in to the rituals and stop this anxiety that comes if I don’t do them..
