Hello; I have a problem with contimination and recently every day when I get dressed wonder what dirt was already on my clothing? What if it is dangerous? If it was laundered, will be really clean?? I try to stay positive but it isn’t easy. Lately, it felt like everything I touched was dirty. How can I get through this?

Allow things to be a little grubby… Even in the swimming pool changing rooms everything is grubby… And then there’s the soft surfaces after toilet flush… Towels… We are resistant, and so is basically everyone else.

        One last thing for now…

        Never, Ever sniff your fingers…

We are a lot safer than we realise… Me too…  Everything is beautifully ‘Bontaminated’, in a good way…

        Welcome!
