      Hi just wondering if you guys on here are aware of your ocd being present or do you ignore it? I try and convince myself it’s not real but then it gets worse. Ocd thoughts  appear and I’ll think it’s ocd and try to move on but feel the need to check and then can’t move on. Is there a better way of handling ocd? Or am I doing the right thing?
