      If you’re in a difficult situation related to OCD, our Immediate Support page has an overview of what to do, and resources to help. For example, you’ll find helpful resources if you believe:

      • I’m having suicidal thoughts, but know I will not act on them.

      • You are in touch with a mental health team
      • You are not currently in touch with a mental health team

      Our Immediate Support page aims to help people in many different situations with many different support needs. For example, we aim to help if you think:

      • I would find it helpful to talk about how I am feeling right now
      • I would like more information about OCD, about OCD treatment that’s appropriate for me or about my legal rights as a person with OCD
