While I haven’t had a full blown ocd meltdown about my thoughts, I know that similar to other thoughts I have sometimes had things run through my mind. Things that I don’t believe or feel but they are still there. I put it down to OCD trying to find anything and anyway to make me react. In the end I know they are just stop thoughts and not my core being. I’d suggest to try and treatment them like that. Laugh at them if possible and that will hopefully help to reduce any anxiety they cause.
