      Hi there, I understand how you all feel. OCD is so isolating sometimes. When it comes to intrusive thoughts I just have to remember that everyone has them and not to let them bother me. I know that’s easier said than done but I found it helps me a lot when I’ve had an intrusive thought to think to myself, “well that was weird”. Just remember you are not your thoughts. Hope this helps someone!
