Ocd coming back!

So iv had ocd in the past and fro the last 2 years I have been fine with maybe the odd set back here and there but nothing major. Well yesterday I was watching a film clip on fb and I noticed it was an actress from when she was in another show in it and in the clip her [content edited by Moderators]. I felt anxious watching but then maybe a little interested I dunno I got a feeling there. Anyway it has set me off on a spiral and I can’t let it go.
