      Hey there,

OCD can present itself in many themes. When you think you’ve gotten over it, another one comes along and then it goes back to a previous one. It’s a vicious cycle! You must break the cycle by giving no power to your thoughts. Don’t analyse them, let them be there and they will eventually subside. The more you ruminate and obsess the greater and realer the thoughts become. The fact that you’re on here ruminating and debating on whether or not you’re one shows that you aren’t. I once heard an OCD specialist say if you’re having doubts and analysing the idea or thought then it’s OCD. We can form close attachments, admire them, flirt with them, find them attractive, think about them but it doesn’t mean that that is our orientation. Hope this helps x
