My son’s OCD and Covid obsession…Help!

Hi, My son has OCD and it seems to manifest itself as obsessive thoughts about covid happening again, really very soon, as in next year. I want to help him get better, what can I do?

Hi there. I have only just found you, The moderators have suddenly done their thing! To be fair, I don’t get on all the forums, so don’t know when new posts start sometimes. It is difficult, OCD can really intrude into our lives, to the point where it all becomes a little overwhelming.
