I’ve been thinking about all the mistakes I made today, but were they really mistakes or because of my ocd? I keep going back and doing things over and over but it seem like I’m always doing these things wrong. I feel that I should listen to my ocd, rather than listening to other people who are telling me what to do. But who is right, me or them?
